Job summary
Zscaler, headquartered in the United States, seeks a Senior Manager, Sales Engineering to build and grow the regional sales engineering organization for the core portfolio, including Gen AI market, across the Central region in the US. - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Proven Consultative AI Advisor experience guiding customers through AI change management and non-deterministic outputs.
- Proven track record in sales or systems engineering leading a sales engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and grow the sales engineering team.
- Refine and scale core sales engineering processes including discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept.
- Partner with sales leadership and clients to design and present business solutions that drive revenue growth.
- Work within a matrixed environment to promote and support the Zscaler portfolio through value-based selling.
