Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Manager, Commercial Sales Engineering - Central, to lead and grow the sales engineering organization across the US. You will recruit, mentor, and develop the team, align with GTM leaders, and drive strategic solutions to close deals.

You will partner with product management and engineering to deliver value-based solutions, navigate a matrixed organization, and contribute to revenue growth in the Gen AI market while supporting remote work from Illinois and nearby states.

Qualifications

• Curiosity and active exploration of AI tools to improve workflows.
• Experience mentoring and directing a sales engineering team.
• Technical expertise in cybersecurity and networking.
• Ability to communicate value-based selling in a matrixed GTM.
• Experience in guiding AI-enabled sales initiatives.
