Zscaler, the leader in cloud security, seeks a Principal Specialist Sales Engineer to join our West team in a remote capacity. You will create technical presentations, gather customer requirements, and lead product evaluations to shape security solutions for strategic accounts.

You’ll apply your 10+ years in sales engineering, deep network security knowledge, and strong AI fluency to accelerate troubleshooting and solution design while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Solutions Architect
Proven experience selling network security technologies (SD-WAN, routing protocols, SWG, proxies, firewalls, SSL/IPsec, VPNs, DLP)
Strong AI fluency and ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, solution design, and automation

Responsibilities

Create and deliver technical product presentations to prospective customers
Gather customer technical requirements to ensure proposed solutions meet goals
Lead product evaluations and custom product configurations
Design evaluation test plans with customers and guide the process to successful outcomes
