Rithum is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer in Denver, NC, to provide technical expertise and support the Global Sales Team. This role is critical in winning business with top retail and brand clients by leading discovery engagements and building strategic business cases.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in presales consulting and e-commerce program management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and engage executive stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of presales consultative experience or direct ownership of an e-commerce program generating $10 million+.
• Hands-on experience supporting teams in closing six-figure contracts.
• Knowledge of retail partner ecosystem including marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Drive generation of new revenue with accounts.
• Lead solutions discovery for retailer and brand solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demos.
• Engage economic buyers and executive stakeholders.
• Construct ROI analyses and business cases.
