Job summary

Eaton’s North American Sales Division seeks a Lead Sales Engineer to join its hybrid team in Tukwila, WA, covering the Seattle metropolitan area with power distribution solutions for large construction projects.

You will build relationships with key accounts, develop account plans, and deliver technical proposals while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction. A company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of experience selling, engineering, or marketing complex engineering solutions in a technical or commercial field.
• Must possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• No immigration sponsorship is offered for this position.
• Candidates residing within 75 miles of Tukwila, WA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain relationships with key accounts including electrical contractors, channel partners, and strategic end user customers to drive sales growth.
• Develop and execute account plans using customer insights, data, and market knowledge.
• Interpret electrical plans and specifications to develop competitive proposals, including pricing and scope clarifications.
• Partner with internal experts to deliver customer-centric power distribution solutions.
• Collaborate with product, operations, channel, pricing, inside sales, and project teams across the full order lifecycle.
