Job summary

ExtraHop is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to shape strategic sales engagements, deliver advanced demonstrations, and guide customers through complex solutions. You will mentor other SEs and collaborate with product teams to align customer feedback with roadmap priorities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years selling network and cybersecurity tech to large enterprises.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge in CS/IS.
• Complex and strategic selling experience required.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture and OSI stack concepts.
• Familiarity with automation and IaC tools such as Ansible/Terraform/CloudFormation.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy across the full sales lifecycle with executive audiences.
• Deliver advanced product demonstrations and guide complex solution architectures.
• Mentor other sales engineers and align feedback with product roadmap.
• Conduct Proof‑of‑Concepts (POCs) and respond to RFIs with compelling value.
• Collaborate with regional sales and product teams to position ExtraHop offerings.
• Provide post‑sales support and ensure a world‑class customer experience.
