Job summary

Zscaler, a leader in cloud security, is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for the Majors West team. This remote role reports to the Manager of Sales Engineering and collaborates across Sales, Success, and Partnerships to demonstrate the power of our Zero Trust Exchange.

You will create technical presentations, gather customer requirements, and lead evaluations. Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a Sales Engineer or Network Systems integrator, a CS degree, and hands-on networking/cybersecurity

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Network Systems integrator.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent working experience.
Proven cybersecurity and networking technical background with hands-on experience in TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPN, and firewalls.
Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows.

Responsibilities

Create and deliver technical product presentations to prospective customers.
Gather customer technical requirements to ensure proposed solutions will meet customer goals and needs.
Lead product evaluations and custom product configurations.
Design evaluation test plans with customers and guide the process to successful outcomes.
