Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for the Enterprise West team in a fully remote role. You will report to the Manager of Sales Engineering and collaborate with global teams to drive secure, cloud-enabled transformations.

In this role, you will craft technical demos, collect customer requirements, lead evaluations, and design test plans to ensure solutions meet complex security and networking needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Network Systems integrator.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent working experience.
• Proven cybersecurity and networking technical background with hands-on experience in TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPN, and firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver technical product presentations to prospective customers
• Gather customer technical requirements to ensure proposed solutions will meet customer goals and needs
• Lead product evaluations and custom product configurations
• Design evaluation test plans with customers and guide the process to successful outcomes
