Job summary

Uniphore, a global Business AI technology company, is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join its Palo Alto team. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients, collaborating with account executives, product management, and engineering to demonstrate the value of Uniphore's AI Cloud platform.

You will lead the technical sales cycle from discovery to proof of concept, translating complex challenges into AI solutions that showcase scalability, security, and measurable business

Qualifications

• 6+ years in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting in enterprise Data and SaaS, AI, or automation.
• Hands-on understanding of AI concepts: LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, Agentic AI, AI security and governance, and ethical AI.
• Experience designing or selling AI platforms, data orchestration, or enterprise automation solutions.
• Expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms and related services.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical sales cycle from discovery to proof of concept with Account Executives.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations and demos of GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG, and LLM-based solutions.
• Build custom demos and POCs to validate business value and technical feasibility.
• Translate business requirements into AI solution architectures collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical responses and designs.
• Advise on AI adoption strategies and integration with multi-modal data platforms.
