Doppel is seeking a highly technical, customer‑facing Technical Customer Engineer to serve as an escalation point across the post‑sales organization. You will own advanced technical investigations involving platform configuration, integrations, reporting, and data flows, and partner with Customer Success to meet complex customer needs.
You will turn recurring work into repeatable solutions, mentor frontline teams, and help improve tooling and automation while communicating clearly with both
Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical post‑sales roles with customer-facing focus.
- Strong troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis across SaaS environments.
- Experience communicating technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Hands‑on work with APIs, integrations, data workflows, reporting, or authentication.
Responsibilities
- Serve as escalation point for complex issues and own investigations.
- Reproduce issues, gather evidence, identify root causes, and document requests.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architecture, Product, and Engineering after investigation.
- Support CSMs with technical discussions and platform constraints.
- Create reusable playbooks and guides from recurring issues.
