Job summary

Bigeye is hiring a Senior Sales Engineer to join the Sales org. You will work with data and AI teams to demonstrate Bigeye’s AI Trust Platform, craft compelling demos, and guide prospects from initial demos to production deployments.

You will balance technical rigor with business impact, engaging with data engineers, AI/ML teams, and governance leads. The role requires strong Python skills, experience with AI tooling, and the ability to articulate data lineage, observability, and trust in

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B SaaS Sales Engineering experience.
Working knowledge of Python and AI pipelines.
Ability to use AI tools to accelerate demos and solutions.
Understanding of how AI agents connect to business data sources and relevant frameworks.
Ability to discuss AI governance, data trust, data lineage, and observability with technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

Help prospects advance AI adoption and data-driven culture by delivering concrete business outcomes.
Lead demos, proofs of concepts (POCs), and production transitions.
Design industry-specific demos and repeatable POCs to create tangible outcomes.
Assess business value and gain stakeholder consensus across the organization.
Respond to RFIs/RFPs and communicate customer success stories effectively.
