Job summary

Trustible, a public benefit corporation in Arlington, VA, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical face for customers. You will lead data migrations, configure the platform for each customer environment, and build integrations with existing tools.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a technical, customer-facing role such as solutions engineering or implementation.
• Strong SQL skills and comfort with customer data during migration/transformation.
• Experience with API integrations and backend troubleshooting with engineering when needed.
• Excellent communication—bridging technical constraints with business stakeholders.
• Curiosity about AI governance, risk, or compliance; eager to grow expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer data migrations including mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Configure the platform to match each customer's governance structure, workflows, and permissions.
• Build and maintain integrations between Trustible and customer tools (ML platforms, ticketing systems, identity providers).
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues and partner with engineering on complex problems.
• Translate customer governance programs into scalable platform configurations and playbooks.
