Job summary

Pythian sits at the intersection of data engineering, AI production, and managed services — helping enterprises scale data foundations to production AI. We are seeking a polished, quota-carrying Senior Sales Executive energized by the AI moment, adept at hunting new logos, converting inbound leads, and growing existing accounts with credibility in database, cloud, and AI technologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience with a track record of meeting quota.
• Active experience selling Data & AI services to enterprise buyers.
• Experience co-selling with hyperscaler or OEM field teams (Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong internal project management instincts coordinating cross-functional resources.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a disciplined territory plan with a mix of new logos, inbound conversion, and account expansion.
• Maintain a robust, forecasted pipeline in Salesforce and provide weekly reviews.
• Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from discovery to close.
• Coordinate with delivery, legal, and finance to keep complex deals moving.
• Partner with hyperscalers and OEMs to drive joint pipeline and co-sell opportunities.
• Engage internal resources to build credible proposals and executive-level business cases.
