Job summary
Noma Security is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to own the technical pre-sales process for enterprise AI security. You will drive discovery, solution mapping, and evaluation, delivering tailored demos and guiding POCs from scoping to deployment.
You will partner with Account Executives to turn business needs into winning technical solutions, engaging security and engineering stakeholders. A background in cybersecurity, startup experience, and comfort with fast-paced environments are essential
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering / Solutions Engineering within cybersecurity
- Strong background in cybersecurity (required)
- Experience working with large enterprise customers and complex sales cycles
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent POCs and customer engagements
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and explain complex concepts
- Experience working in startup or early-stage environments, selling evolving or less mature products
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, qualification, and solution mapping for enterprise AI security use cases
- Design and deliver tailored demos and technical presentations to security, engineering, and executive stakeholders
- Independently own and execute POCs end-to-end, from scoping and success criteria to deployment and validation
- Partner closely with Account Executives to drive deals forward and address technical objections
- Act as the technical voice of the customer, surfacing product feedback, gaps, and field insights
- Stay up to date with the rapidly evolving AI security landscape and competitive ecosystem
- Guide customers through complex technical decisions and challenge assumptions when needed
