Job summary

Noma Security is hiring a Regional Sales Director to drive new business growth and build a regional pipeline for enterprise security software. You will close strategic deals, work with channel partners, and partner with Product and Marketing to align the AI security platform with customer needs.

The role requires a proven track record in cybersecurity sales, procurement fluency, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder evaluations.

Qualifications

• Enterprise security sales experience with enterprise buyers.
• Experience navigating security reviews, legal, and vendor risk.
• Background in IAM/PAM, data security, SIEM/UEBA, cloud security, AppSec, or AI security.

Responsibilities

• Build your region from the ground up with account strategy and coverage.
• Land enterprise logos and expand across business units as AI adoption grows.
• Sell a platform spanning the full AI lifecycle against competitors.
• Demonstrate risk to CISOs and AI security leaders to win deals.
• Leverage vulnerability research to gain press and executive visibility.
• Develop channel and cloud partnerships in-region to open doors.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to sharpen pitch and roadmap as the market moves.
