Job summary

Noma Security is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer to deploy, integrate, and operate our AI security platform in customers' production environments. You will be the hands-on technical resource for post-sales engagements, translating customer use cases into reliable configurations, automation, and operational workflows.

You'll work with a cross-functional team, including the Customer Solutions Architect, and drive scalable, repeatable solutions across AI, cybersecurity, and cloud domains.

Qualifications

• 5 years in a customer-facing technical role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to write scripts in Python, Bash, or similar languages for diagnostics and automation.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, authentication, logs, cloud environments, security controls, and production troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer use cases into technical requirements, configurations, and production-readiness plans.
• Provide hands-on deployment guidance, including architecture advice, API usage, scripting, automation, and best practices.
• Lead technical deep dives, diagnose complex issues, and coordinate escalations with Support and Engineering.
• Help customers embed Noma into recurring security and operational workflows via workshops and runbooks.
• Collaborate with Customer Solutions, Product, Engineering, Research, Security, and Support to channel customer insights back into the platform.
