Cohesity is a leader in AI-powered data security and management. We seek a Sr.

Sales Engineer to support enterprise sales engagements, deliver tailored technical solutions, and become a trusted advisor to customers and partners. You will collaborate with Account Executives, drive new opportunities, lead demos and proofs of concept, and articulate Cohesity's Data Cloud portfolio across on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pre‑sales sales engineering or solutions consulting.
• Hands‑on experience with backup, recovery, data protection, storage, or cyber resilience.
• Experience supporting proofs of concept, evaluations, and technical decision processes.
• Ability to translate technical architecture into customer value and business outcomes.
• Experience partnering with Account Executives to support complex sales cycles.
• English language proficiency in professional settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer and expansion opportunities by articulating Cohesity's Data Cloud portfolio across audiences.
• Provide expert technical support throughout the sales cycle, including discovery, design, demos, and POCs.
• Support technical strategy for enterprise opportunities in partnership with the Account Executive.
• Enable customers to integrate Cohesity products into production environments with timely responses.
• Lead and support technical engagements such as product demonstrations, workshops, and evaluations.
• Identify customer requirements and risks, shaping proofs of concept that show Cohesity's value.
• Assist with competitive displacement conversations by understanding customer environments.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support to relay feedback.
