Ladders is seeking a Sr. Sales Engineer to guide complex solution evaluations for hospitality and recreation clients. Remote work available for US-based candidates; no visa sponsorship.

You will engage executives and technical teams, translate challenges into automation solutions, and help drive growth into new markets. Salary ranges from $190,000 to $200,000 annually with comprehensive benefits. You will build relationships, shape client strategy, and share insights on emerging technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4 years of experience, including 2+ years in sales/pre-sales in Intelligent Automation.
• Experience selling into Supply Chain, Finance, or HR with tailored solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with business process automation platforms.
• Proficiency with SAP and Salesforce; familiarity with AI tools and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

Responsabilités

• Drive value-based selling by managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process.
• Engage C-suite and technical stakeholders to align strategic goals with proposed solutions.
• Showcase tailored solutions addressing unique client challenges and ROI.
• Lead client workshops and industry events to evangelize offerings.

• Build long-term relationships as a trusted advisor.
