Ladders is seeking an AI Services Lead - Client Services to guide client activation and delivery for AI transformation programs. This remote role focuses on turning interest into active engagements, shaping roadmaps, surfacing risks early, and advising executives on practical AI initiatives with measurable outcomes. Locations: Remote (US-based).

Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 annually. Requires travel up to 50% based on client needs and strong delivery/sales experience in consulting

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years in a hybrid delivery/sales role within consulting or professional services.
• Experience owning delivery quality and account growth simultaneously.
• Proven track record in scoping and delivering $50K-$1M service engagements.
• History of building account plans and roadmaps for broader rollouts.
• Strong relationship-building skills with senior client stakeholders, including CIOs and CTOs.
• Hands-on AI/data competency to identify use cases and delivery risks.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead activation for newly landed accounts, transitioning them from interest to active engagements.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery for accounts and identify risks early.
• Develop and maintain account plans and use-case backlogs for AI transformation programs.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on AI and data roadmaps to drive business outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external strategic partners to identify and close expansion opportunities.
• Provide strategic leadership during executive meetings and roadmap discussions.
• Mentor team members and promote a culture of learning and improvement.
