Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT contact and advisor for G&A stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into scalable, well-documented solutions.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to maximize platform value.
• Drive user adoption through training and change management efforts.
• Act as the functional owner for G&A applications, managing day-to-day operations.
