Solventum is seeking a seasoned Sales Training & Enablement professional to empower the US Direct Sales team and drive revenue growth. You will design and deliver solution and sales skills training for field personnel, both in-person and online, and manage LMS content and onboarding calendars.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts to develop learning pathways, keep enablement tools current, and analyze data to improve sales effectiveness. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 7 years in US healthcare software sales or similar.
• Or high school/GED with 10 years in US healthcare software sales or similar.
• 2 years delivering executive-level presentations or educational content.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement and maintain training for field sales teams.
• Develop both in-person and online curriculum content.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for added or improved education.
• Manage the Learning Management System content for sales education.
• Manage onboarding and continued education learning event calendar.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop content.
• Collaborate to develop learning pathways for onboarding and continued education.
• Ensure sales enablement tools are current.
• Document and track impact on sales effectiveness.
• Keep current on competitive solutions and market changes in the mid revenue cycle market.
