Job summary

Solventum is seeking an experienced Sales Training & Enablement professional to empower the US Direct Sales team and drive revenue. You will design and deliver solution and sales skills training for field staff, building both in-person and online curricula.

You will manage the LMS, coordinate onboarding and ongoing education events, and work with SMEs to keep content current and aligned with market changes in the mid-revenue cycle space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher OR High School/GED with 10 years in US healthcare software sales.
• 7+ years in sales or sales enablement in US Healthcare software market space.
• 2 years delivering executive level presentations or educational content.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain solution and sales skills training for the field sales team members.
• Develop both in-person and online curriculum content.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for added or improved training.
• Manage the Learning Management System content for sales education.
• Coordinate onboarding and continued education learning events.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and maintain educational content.
• Align learning pathways with onboarding and ongoing education.
• Keep sales enablement tools current and measure impact on sales effectiveness.
