Regal Rexnord is seeking a Commercial Training Specialist Senior to design, deliver, and improve global training programs that enhance selling, product knowledge, and technical capabilities across Motion Control Systems.

This role partners with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service to align training with growth objectives, lead strategic initiatives, and drive adoption of new products through engaging content and effective enablement across our channels.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Education, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in commercial training, sales enablement, or related functions.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs in manufacturing, automation, or technology environments.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the MCS commercial training strategy aligned to business growth objectives.
• Lead the creation of role-based learning paths for sales, application engineering, distribution partners, and key customers.
• Partner with Commercial Excellence leadership to identify capability gaps and prioritize training investments.
• Deliver engaging virtual, onsite, and hybrid training sessions globally.
• Facilitate new product launch training and sales readiness programs.
• Provide train-the-trainer support for regional commercial leaders and channel partners.
• Conduct onboarding programs for new commercial associates.
• Monitor participation, certification status, and compliance requirements.
• Administer training records and LMS to ensure completion and effectiveness.
• Analyze feedback and metrics to improve program effectiveness.
