Job summary

Docker is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager to design and produce training content that powers our GTM team. You will partner with PMM, Product, Marketing, and AI Governance to translate complex product features into sales-ready content, including documents, courses, and videos.

The role emphasizes hands-on content creation, collaboration across teams, and maintaining a single source of truth for enablement. Remote-first environment with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PMM, Product, Marketing, technical subject matter experts, and GTM leaders to identify content needs and translate them into clear requirements.
• Turn input from Sales and cross-functional stakeholders into structured content briefs and production plans.
• Prioritize content requests based on business impact, GTM execution needs, and field urgency.
• Write, design, and produce enablement content across formats: documents, playbooks, one-pagers, and decks.
• Build and maintain courses, quizzes, and certifications for onboarding and ongoing training within Mindtickle.
• Develop scripts, storyboards, and recordings for training and demo videos in partnership with subject matter experts.
• Partner with our AI Governance
