Job summary

Labelmaster is seeking a Sales Enablement Senior Manager to build content and training that drives seller effectiveness and revenue growth. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to create onboarding programs, playbooks, and competitive messaging, ensuring teams engage buyers effectively throughout the journey.

You will lead content development, certifications, and product knowledge training while maintaining a centralized resources hub and delivering measurable

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales enablement or related experience in a B2B environment.
• Experience developing seller playbooks, battle cards, sales tools, and competitive content.
• Experience designing and delivering sales onboarding and training programs.
• Strong instructional design and content development skills.
• Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation development capabilities.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales playbooks, battle cards, case studies, and competitive messaging.
• Create and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs.
• Manage seller readiness, certifications, and product knowledge training.
• Partner with Sales Leadership on coaching and skill development.
• Gather field feedback and improve sales content and training initiatives.
• Support Customer Success onboarding and enablement programs.
• Maintain a centralized sales content library and resources hub.
