Paychex is seeking a Learning & Development professional to design and facilitate programs that boost new-hire retention and productivity. You will deliver ILT and VILT sessions, develop comprehensive materials, and coach cohorts toward performance goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with business strategies.

You will participate in leadership discussions, provide analytics on outcomes, and help shape innovative training approaches within a dynamic organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 2 years of experience in relevant and proven sales, service or training.
• 2 years of experience in B2B sales / service environment.
• 2 years of experience in consultative or relationship management.
• 2 years of experience in specific industry sales / service environment.
• 2 years of experience in prospecting, pipeline management, and networking.
• Leadership, Sales, Innovation, Management, Teaching, ILT, and related skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate learning programs to drive new hire retention and productivity.
• Lead ILT and VILT sessions and report on retention and KPIs.
• Create and maintain facilitator materials, agendas, and lesson plans.
• Coach cohorts to meet performance objectives and address barriers.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Learning Designers, and Content Curators.
• Observe and provide timely leadership feedback and development opportunities.
• Participate in leadership meetings to suggest improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
