Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Senior Field Sales Enablement Manager to boost seller productivity by communicating company-wide updates to assigned territories. • 4-year degree in business preferred.
• 8+ years in sales experience.
• 3+ years in field enablement and/or marketing experience.
• Experience with SaaS organizations preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Package and deliver effective training and communication to the field.
• Provide comprehensive sales process support and best practices.
• Partner with AVSPs to ensure new seller success.
• Collaborate with Marketing to deliver scalable regional campaigns.
• Leverage Revenue Operations insights to identify regional weaknesses.
• Understand and communicate internal Paycor processes and related workflows.
• Model sales behavioral excellence in interactions with field and leadership.
