Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Sales Enablement Lead to drive CRM adoption and the rollout of sales tools across Field and Virtual sales teams. You will work with Sales Enablement, Strategy, Ops, and Senior Leadership to strengthen business processes, improve data quality, and accelerate revenue growth.

You will analyze field feedback, prioritize roadmap items, and partner with Training to optimize training effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent work experience.
4 years of experience developing and implementing effective processes, procedures and programs; ability to lead multiple projects across locations.
4 years of experience in Sales or training with knowledge of field sales processes; CRM and sales tools experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

Develops and facilitates ongoing workshops to ensure adoption of CRM and sales tools.
Analyzes strengths and opportunities in sales divisions related to CRM usage.
Participates in vendor analysis and IT roadmap prioritization based on field needs.
Acts as strategic partner with Training on Salesforce and tool rollouts; assesses training effectiveness.
Develops and drives sales technology strategy to support revenue growth.
Provides reporting to the field on performance and shares best practices with leadership.
Delivers executive updates on Enablement roadmap and field activities.
