You will drive outcomes with data, leveraging LMS analytics and AI to personalize training, while partnering with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in enablement or related field.
• Ability to design and implement comprehensive training programs.
• Experience with LMS and analytics to measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Create dynamic internal training content for onboarding and ongoing education.
• Deploy training using multiple modalities: in-person, virtual, eLearning, microlearning.
• Measure program impact with KPIs and report to Sales leadership.
