Cengage Group is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to own and refine enablement programs that boost sales efficiency and pipeline velocity. This senior IC role focuses on onboarding, plays, and manager enablement, leveraging enablement tech to deliver role-specific experiences and measurable ROI across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in B2B or SaaS sales support, sales operations, learning & development, or a related function.
• Hands-on experience with core sales and GTM platforms.
• Ability to translate business priorities into scalable development programs and action plans.
• Comfort working in fast-changing or scaling organizations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Data-driven approach with use of performance metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional leaders to assess enablement needs and deliver programs aligned to priorities and sales outcomes.
• Build and refine onboarding, learning, and sales readiness programs.
• Develop and deploy enablement content, tools, and resources across live, virtual, and on-demand formats.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales Leadership on plays, use-case support, and messaging to aid pipeline growth.
• Support frontline and second-line sales manager enablement including mentoring frameworks and reinforcement guides.
• Own enablement technologies and platforms for scalable, role-specific experiences.
• Scale enablement programs across geographies, segments, and roles with measurable impact on sales metrics.
• Partner with Revenue Ops and GTM leaders to embed programs into core workflows and systems of record.
• Leverage data and analytics from enablement platforms and CRM to measure ROI and optimize programs.
• Establish feedback loops with sales to improve programs based on adoption and win/loss insights.
