Cengage Group is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to drive the development, implementation, and refinement of enablement programs that boost sales efficiency and pipeline velocity.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and GTM teams to deliver scalable, data-driven initiatives that align with revenue growth and customer success. This is a senior IC role focused on measurable outcomes and cross-functional impact.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in B2B or SaaS sales support.
• Hands-on with core sales platforms.
• Ability to translate business priorities into scalable programs.
• Comfort operating in fast-scaling organizations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with cross-functional leaders to assess enablement needs and deliver aligned programs.
• Manage onboarding, continuous learning, and sales readiness initiatives.
• Develop and deploy enablement content across live, virtual, and on‑demand formats.
• Collaborate on sales plays, use-case support, and value-driven messaging to grow pipeline.
• Build frontline and second-line manager enablement including coaching frameworks.
• Own enablement technologies and platforms to scale experiences.
• Scale programs across geographies, segments, and roles with measurable impact.
• Embed enablement into core workflows and systems of record.
