Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
- Experience in power generation, energy systems, electrical systems, or related industries.
- Experience in field, dealer, customer-facing, analytical, and related sales or commercial roles.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide commercial leadership and specialized support to regional sales teams to grow dealer opportunities within Electric Power.
- Lead annual business planning and set commercial targets for EPD.
- Coordinate and standardize commercial processes across supply chain, order fulfillment and invoicing.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster a customer-focused culture and continuous learning.
