Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an Industry Territory Representative in Irving, TX to strengthen dealer relationships and drive Sales to Users growth across assigned territories.

You will collaborate with dealers and internal teams to execute growth plans, discuss Cat value, and deliver innovative product and service solutions. You will identify opportunities, support CVA-driven sales at the point of sale, and use CRM insights to expand the sales funnel while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for dealer territories: Harnish Group, Western States, Nebraska Machinery, and Butler.
• Meet with customers to discuss EP Sales needs and value proposition.
• Grow CVA coverage and drive regional actions to increase sales opportunities.
