Qualifications

• Strong collaboration, communication, relationship-building, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as sales and commercial support specialist for regional sales teams focused on dealer growth.
• Deliver commercial process improvement projects to grow sales through dealers.
• Define and manage annual dealer performance metrics with regional teams.
• Lead annual business planning and target setting for EPD goals.
• Standardize processes across supply chain, order fulfillment, and invoicing.
• Drive strategy and governance of EPD workstreams toward 2030 goals.
