Qualifications

• Experience in field, dealer, customer-facing, analytical, and related sales or commercial roles.
• Strong collaboration, communication, relationship-building, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a sales and commercial support specialist for regional sales teams focused on dealer growth within Electric Power.
• Provide commercial coordination and project execution supporting reps, dealers, and customers.
• Deliver commercial process improvement projects to grow sales and user revenue through dealers.
• Define and manage annual dealer performance metrics and consult with regional teams for outcomes.
• Lead annual business planning and target setting for EPD commercial goals.
• Standardize processes across supply chain, order fulfillment, and invoicing activities.
• Drive the strategy and governance of EPD workstreams toward 2030 goals.
