Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Sales Director – Akkodis Consulting to strengthen our market position in North America and drive multi-million dollar growth through managed services and solutions. You will lead a team, build relationships with C-level executives, and identify opportunities across financial services, automotive, software, energy, and manufacturing, closing contracts that deliver on SLAs.

This role requires travel up to 50% and a proven track record in technology consulting sales,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 8+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Experience in technology consulting sales.
• Proven multi-million dollar quota achievement.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop industry and technology solutions to meet client outcomes.
• Identify and engage key decision makers up to the C-level.
• Lead opportunities with local markets and opportunity expansion.
• Manage sales pipeline at minimum 3x the annual quota.
• Prepare persuasive pitches and proposals and negotiate pricing.
