Job summary

The Capital Group is seeking a Senior Sales Development Manager to lead strategic initiatives with wirehouse field leadership and specialist teams in the Northeast territory. The role focuses on delivering Capital Group’s enterprise capabilities to the largest and fastest-growing financial advisor teams, leveraging deep wealth management knowledge and consultative selling skills.

You will drive opportunities, align resources across sales and leadership, and manage complex advisor relationships

Qualifications

• Proven track record in financial services sales or wealth management.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management industry, advisor models, market trends and competitive dynamics.
• Experience identifying opportunities, developing territory or account strategies and executing plans that drive results.
• Ability to partner across sales, leadership and specialist teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Licensing: Series 7 and Series 63 required; additional designations preferred.
