Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Senior Sales Development Manager in the Northeast to partner with wirehouse field leadership and specialist teams to drive strategic initiatives that open preferred access for our territory. You will work with those territory teams to deliver Capital Group's capabilities to the largest and fastest-growing financial advisor teams in the industry.

You will bring strong business judgment, relationship management, and the ability to connect strategy to execution,

Qualifications

• Proven track record in third-party distribution, financial services sales, or wealth management.
• Strong knowledge of the wealth management industry, advisor models, distribution channels, market trends and competitive dynamics.
• Successful in identifying opportunities, developing territory or account strategies and executing plans that drive business results.
• Ability to partner across sales, leadership and specialist teams to execute strategic initiatives.
• Clear, persuasive communication and executive presence.
