Qualifikationen

• 8+ years customer-facing sales experience in manufacturing
• 3+ years leading teams / managing direct reports
• Experience developing and implementing customer-focused strategies
• Filtration/membrane experience preferred

• Lead a team of Inside Sales and Customer Service (player-coach)
• Target key markets: Chemical, Oil & Gas, Lithium/Mineral Mining, Data Centers, Micro-Electronics, Semiconductors
• Support strategy execution and regional growth plans, analyze orders and contracts
• Provide technical support and ensure high-quality customer service
• Liaise between customers and internal departments; manage price analyses and negotiations
• Develop new channel partners and manage distributor relationships
• Maintain Salesforce discipline and drive bookings and revenue targets
