Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar field.
• 8+ years of customer-facing sales experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of team leadership / management experience.
• Experience developing and implementing customer-focused strategies.
• Previous experience in filtration (membrane, filters, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead a team of Inside Sales and Customer Service.
• Drive strategy execution and regional growth plans.
• Provide technical support and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Negotiate pricing for new projects and customers.
• Identify and pursue new accounts and channel partners (Distributors, OEMs, Integrators).
• Maintain Salesforce discipline and monitor KPI performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
• Travel domestically 30–35% as required.
