Job summary

Mann+Hummel GmbH seeks a Senior Manager, Sales & Customer Support to lead a team focused on driving growth in the industrial water market and delivering exceptional customer service. The role can be remote for Texas residents near a major airport; otherwise it is onsite at Goleta, CA.

You will develop strategic plans, manage orders and contracts, and lead pricing negotiations while mentoring Inside Sales and Customer Service teams. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of customer-facing sales experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of team leadership / management experience.
• Experience developing and implementing customer-focused strategies.
• Experience in filtration or related industries (membrane, particle filters, coalescers, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team focused on resolving commercial items and expanding opportunities in the industrial water market.
• Support strategy execution and maintain profitable customer relationships.
• Drive funnel growth, order processing and new account acquisition.
• Prepare strategic sales plans, review contracts, and maintain relevant documentation.
• Provide ongoing technical support and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Serve as liaison between customer and internal departments to understand needs and initiate actions.
• Prepare price analyses and lead price negotiations for new projects and customers.
• Identify and develop new customers; accelerate distributor/OEM/channel partner relationships.
