MANN+HUMMEL in Goleta, CA is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales & Customer Support to lead a team of Inside Sales and Customer Service. You will drive order processing, manage key accounts across chemical, oil & gas, data centers, and electronics, and develop strategies to expand footprint in the industrial water market.

This role requires a bachelor’s in engineering, 8+ years in customer-facing sales in manufacturing, 3+ years in leadership, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of customer-facing sales in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of team leadership / management experience.
• Experience in filtration or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Inside Sales and Customer Service; act as player-coach.
• Target markets include Chemical, Oil & Gas, Lithium/Mineral Mining, Data Centers, Micro-Electronics, Semi-Conductors.
• Oversee applications in Water and Wastewater; promote membrane filtration tech.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans; analyze orders and contracts.
• Lead price negotiations for new projects; support market research and industry intel.
• Coach and manage channel partners (distributors, OEMs, integrators).
• Ensure Salesforce discipline and drive booking/revenue targets.
