Job summary

Epsilon is seeking a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to own calculations, validation, and analysis to ensure accurate commission payments for assigned revenue centers. The role partners with Sales and cross-functional teams to implement plans and improve processes.

The position is hybrid, based in Wakefield, with 2-3 days in the office, and requires strong analytical skills, experience with Power Query, and advanced Excel capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in sales compensation.
• Proficient with Power Query and advanced formulas.
• Experience in sales compensation development and administration.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative major.

Responsibilities

• Owns sales compensation calculations, validation and analysis.
• Manage plan implementation in OutPerform including UAT.
• Owns plan distribution and ensures accuracy of target incentives and statements.
• Maintain participant eligibility and access in OutPerform.
• Submit incentive payments to payroll on time and accurately.
• Assist in audit processes and respond to escalated issues.
