Job summary

Gulf Distributing Co. in Florida is seeking a Senior Sales professional responsible for coaching, training, and developing the Sales team within the assigned territory. You will assist in day-to-day operations and sales routes as needed to maintain growth and performance.

Key duties include coaching new hires, conducting routine work with the team, supporting POS deployment, and providing feedback to improve training progress and route performance.

Qualifications

• 5 year sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to prepare presentations.
• Demonstrated organizational skills.
• Ability to work around the schedule set forth by the demand of the business.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Strong time Management

Responsibilities

• Coach/train all new Salespeople.
• Conduct scheduled work withs to grow the Sales team.
• Assist in Point-of-Sale deployment.
• Provide feedback to employees and management on training progress.
• Sell and cover open Sales routes.
• Merchandise and sell all accounts to Gulf Distributing standards.
• Lead store resets across trade classes.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales in all accounts.
