Job summary

Reyes Holdings in Florida seeks a sales leader to guide day-to-day activities, develop team members, engage stakeholders, and supervise assigned personnel within an active territory.

You will drive sales goals, optimize displays and pricing, and collaborate with internal and external partners to meet company objectives while supporting account managers with KPI tracking and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and maintain an acceptable driving record and insurance coverage as required by the Company and state law.
• Ability to repetitively lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg products.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel.
• Achieve goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing.
• Foster communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to support sales efforts and ensure alignment with company goals within an assigned territory.
• Assist sales account managers with setting account-specific objectives, managing follow-up and tracking performance through KPIs and performance metrics.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
