Labcorp in Durham, NC is seeking a Sales Operations Senior Analyst to join the National Sales Enablement team. You will conduct commercial administration and analytics for Diagnostics sales, providing insights and tools to optimize sales processes and accelerate revenue growth.

Applicants living within 35 miles of Burlington or Durham will follow a hybrid schedule with at least three in-office days weekly. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of data analytics experience;

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of demonstrable experience in data analytics with ability to analyze large datasets efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develop metrics, dashboards, and reports to accelerate revenue growth and pipeline health.
• Collect, cleanse, validate, and analyze sales data for performance and commissions reports.
• Assist with administration of sales compensation plans.
• Investigate commission issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor and analyze performance on sales campaigns and contests.
• Create dashboards and reports for sales management and reps.
• Respond to inquiries from leadership and reps about analytics.
• Prepare ad-hoc analytics reports and drive process improvements.
