Job summary

Labcorp Early Development Laboratories Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Strategic Growth Analytics to lead the global analytics function from Burlington, NC or Durham, NC with a hybrid work schedule.

You will define the vision, strategy, and capabilities to accelerate commercial insights, AI-enabled decision support, and growth. Reporting to the VP, Global Insights, this role requires a track record of building high-performing analytics teams, influencing senior leaders, and delivering

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, Science or Analytics.
15+ years of progressive experience in analytics, insights, business intelligence, or strategy.
10+ years of healthcare and/or life sciences industry experience.
5+ years of leadership experience managing analytics teams.

Responsibilities

Establish the vision, priorities and roadmap for Strategic Growth Analytics, aligning with Labcorp’s objectives.
Lead integrated analytics and AI-enabled decision-support initiatives spanning customer, market, and commercial intelligence.
Develop talent and operational models to drive growth, influence senior leaders, and deliver measurable business impact.
