Job summary

Labcorp in Burlington, NC or Durham, NC seeks a Senior Director, Strategic Growth Analytics to lead a global analytics team shaping strategy, customer, market, and digital intelligence to drive growth.

You will establish vision and roadmaps, partner with leaders, scale AI-enabled insights, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations that impact Labcorp's commercial performance while maintaining a hybrid in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, Science or Analytics.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in analytics, insights, business intelligence, customer intelligence, marketing effectiveness or strategy.
• 10+ years’ experience in healthcare and/or life sciences industries.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing high-performing analytics-related teams.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision, priorities, and roadmap for Strategic Growth Analytics in alignment with Labcorp’s business objectives.
• Lead an integrated analytics agenda spanning customer, market, commercial, competitive, and digital intelligence, including measurement frameworks.
• Develop and scale AI-enabled analytics and decision-support capabilities that accelerate insight generation.
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations and drive growth.
• Partner with technology, data, and digital teams to strengthen analytical infrastructure and enterprise decision-support capabilities.
