Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Senior Director, Strategic Growth Analytics to lead the vision, strategy, and capabilities for analytics across customer, market, and digital intelligence. The role is based in Burlington, NC or Durham, NC with a hybrid schedule.

The successful candidate will drive AI-enabled insights, escalate analytics maturity, and partner with Technology and Digital teams to deliver measurable business impact across Labcorp’s global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, Science or Analytics.
• 15 or more years of progressive experience in analytics, insights, business intelligence, customer intelligence, marketing effectiveness or strategy.
• 10 or more years’ experience in healthcare and/or life sciences industries.
• 5 or more years of leadership experience managing and developing high-performing analytics-related teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish the vision, priorities, and roadmap for Strategic Growth Analytics in alignment with Labcorp’s business objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, leveraging customer, market, and commercial intelligence to improve decision making and growth.
• Strengthen analytics ecosystem and drive knowledge sharing across teams.
• Lead integrated analytics agenda spanning customer, market, commercial, and digital intelligence.
• Develop and scale AI-enabled analytics and decision-support capabilities.
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with technology, data, and digital teams to strengthen infrastructure and measurement.
