This role joins the Specialty Testing team to lead solutions marketing for its neurology, autoimmune, endocrinology, gastroenterology and rheumatology portfolios. Durham is the primary location, with other Labcorp sites listed.

The work: partner with product management on selling messages, workflow explainers, objection handling and competitive tools. Build portfolio-level sales playbooks and training with sales leadership. Use AI assistants for positioning drafts, competitive monitoring and enablement prep, with a human accountable for every recommendation.

They want a bachelor's degree and 5 or more years in product management or portfolio marketing strategy. Three or more years in diagnostics or healthcare is preferred. Pay range $150,000 to $165,000, bonus eligible.
